Your M.C.M.A. Secretary and retired Principal Teacher. My entire teaching career was centred around the Penicuik area. Enjoyable teaching experiences were numerous at Mauricewood, Roslin, Eastfield and Cornbank St James Primary Schools.
Born in 1944 in Auchendinny and Educated at Penicuik Secondary School, I am a former student of Newbattle Abbey College, Edinburgh College of Commerce, The Open University, College of the Venerable Bede and University of Durham.
I am fully committed to helping Black Diamond 107.8FM in becoming a successful Community Radio Station in line with Midlothian Community Media Association's mission statement and Ofcom's Code of Practice.
Through Sunday Special I will bring Instrumental Inspiration, Kids Call, Community Chatter, A Special Guest, Heart of the Matter and in a link up with CKJM, a Cape Breton Cooperative Radio Station in Nova Scotia, Backroads with Lew Alpaugh. Real community participation.
