With plenty of activities on offer there was something for all the family.  Including several fairground rides as well as plenty of local food and drink.

The Community Safety village proved a huge hit with the children. Giving them the chance to sit in a fire truck, pretend to drive a police car and sound the sirens.  Adults got the chance to try the seatbelt crash simulator and get free advice on safety issues.

Local schools were also out participating. Lasswade High School Jazz Band providing rousing and enjoyable music on the main stage. Whilst Beeslack Taiko Drummers and Samba Bands put on an energetic drumming demonstration.Beeslack Taiko Drummers and Samba Bands

With the crowd learning to play the Dalkeith Frugal Horn, setting sail on adventures and helping to open the locks on the Funbox.
