Rage vs X-Factor!!
Everyone else is going on about it, and I’ve talked about it on my radio show – so why not write about it for you guys to read?
Well obviously im on Team Rage.
Reasons?
Rage Against the Machine have been contributing to music since 1991
The songs a lot better
It has much more meaning and is relevant to the war wich is happening right now
They are singing because they care. Because they demand change. Because they are passionate about something. Not because they always wanted a chance to sing and are BOMAs with Cheryl Cole
The fact that the X-factor wins every Christmas is spoiling the competition and not giving anyone else a fair chance
Atleast its an origional song and not a Miley Cyrus cover
Reasons for Joe to win
Killing in the name of isn’t christmasy (But neither is The Climb to be honest)
He worked hard to win the X-factor (But Rage have been working hard since 1991)
Don’t get me wrong, I do really like Joe and I am an X-factor fan. I just think that Killing in The Name of is the best track and the most appropriate Christmas Number 1. If you know anyone who has fought in this war – no, any war - I would suggest buying Killing in the Name of!
Now for the important part, counting finishes tonight at around half 11 so GET BUYING!!
