I've heard your station a

I've heard your station a few times and while I admit it's great to have a local Midlothian station I have to say, what's with the dour-sounding DJ's? You don't sound like you're happy to be there. You really should lighten up a bit and add a bit of of joy and zest to the programmes. Anyone would think there was something wrong with you all.

i don't where ur coming from it's always a laff here somethings can't be put out on air but if ur not happy call the station or e mail the presenters on air!
It's all about the music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll give you a station review ...
I dont listen ALL the time but I have listend across the day and most nights (I work shifts so the radio is on) over the past month (i'm new to your web link)
music is generally good, esp Steve Hardcore show - why is he called hardcore, poor man did he do something on film he's not telling us about - Ians good and I DO drink coffee Ian, I like Geoffs silliness and his facts, Bob sounds really groovy, sexy voice Bob, (I'm single btw), Gus is gorgeous in fact his show should be renamed Gorgeous Gus

err dont really catch much of the evening ones mon to fri but from what i've heard - most evenings are good with mixed content (you cant believe how boring my job is so anything to break it up is fab), big band is good fun, dance anthems is cool, i do like the sould connection but sundays are not good for me, classical show is good too and whats new is good so its not bad overall

i dont do sundays during the day so dont hear anything till the evening shows ands sat isnt good either so i cant comment at all

oh the guy thats nuts that does the friday rock show - omg you gotta keep him he's blooming great
and one last thing - you had a ambient show once - errrrr wheres the others NOBODY plays ambient chillout music on radio believe me 11pm thru the night theres nothing better to listen to

Thanks for the kind words Millie.

Hardcore Steve was named thus because he covered the Groove Zone which is the Dance Show and played loads of 'Hardcore' tracks, something I avoid. Simple really.

good rock show, great mix of music but Marks completely insane
do you lock him away for the night or something?
then I do catch Geoff but only till midnight, like your style geoff
overall what I listen to on Black Diamond I like

I'm not locked away for the night!! They lock me up for a week in a small biscuit tin kept in the office drawer!!
