METAL THRASHIN' MAD was the order of business on last nights show. For the last hour it was a thrash marathon with Metallica, Megadeath, Anthrax to name but a few.

I lost about 30 pounds in Moshin' weight just jumpin around the studio easily!! Hopefully the sysyetm will have recovered for next weeks show. The first 2 hours are on the podcast below, the 3rd hour will also be on soon....as it was a special I thought I'd give it to you as well....Don't say I'm not good to you;-)

There was a slight technical hitch at the beginning of the show, so the podcast starts in the midst of the Rainbow tune;-( Oh well!!
