Norms interest in music goes way too far back to actually put a date on it (some say it dates back to sticks being beaten on rocks, but we think that's a little too far...) although he presents classical and swing, he's done Christmas Day and Drivetime with a wide variety of music played (although we noticed a heavy rock bias was present, hmmm a metal messiah perhaps?).
His sense of humour is catching and his enthusiasm oozes across the airwaves where he says he gets the chance to put across the more zany side of his personality, "Being on air let's me be quite different to what I do in my day job where I have to be fairly straight laced most of the time because of the nature of the job, so it's a LOT of fun and I hope that comes across. Sunday nights though I can feel the whispering Bob Harris syndrome creeping in around 10:30 when we enter the darkroom, but I think my audience are getting the hang of it. Certainly the calls and emails reflect that."
