Midlothian Community Media Association, the charitable company responsible for Black Diamond FM is holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 26th July in Newbattle Community Learning Centre at 7pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive reports including the accounts for the year ending 31st March 2018 and to elect members to serve on the Board of Directors.

New membership forms and an amended Volunteer's agreement are available from the Black Diamond FM office.

Full members wishing to stand for election to the Board are required to have a proposer and seconder that are full members.
