This weekend Aydan and I had the pleasure of speaking to Vic Galloway, BBC Radio Scotland's new music guru and one of the hosts of this years Scottish Album Of The Year (SAY) Awards.

The nominations on this years longlist vary from a Jazz and Chamber orchestra to Rock and Electronica groups.

You can currently listen to featured tracks and albums on the SAY awards website for FREE! at www.sayawards.com

I asked Vic about the nominees and how you can get involved in the next step of the process.
