Formal Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Midlothian Community Media Association.

This will be held at:
Newbattle Community Learning Centre,
67 Gardiner Place, Newtongrange EH22 4RT
To be held on Thursday 28 December 2023 at 7.30pm

The purpose of the meeting is to receive reports including the Annual Accounts for 2022/23

To elect Directors to serve on the Board

To discuss the amendment of the articles and memorandum to allow long standing members of 10 years or more to be able to apply for full membership

Full members are invited to apply to join the Board and should do so by writing to the secretary and should arrange for 2 Full members to indicate their support also in writing. Electronic communications are acceptable to: [email protected].

Nominations and support must be received 7 days prior to the AGM.
